Tadalafil (Cialis): Tadalafil also improves blood flow to the penis and has a longer duration, lasting up to 36 hours. It can be taken as needed or daily at a lower dose for more spontaneous activity.
Tadalafil Strips: These quick-dissolving strips are placed under the tongue for faster absorption and convenience. They offer the same long-lasting effects as Tadalafil tablets (up to 36 hours) but are more discreet and portable.
All these medications are PDE5 inhibitors, which relax blood vessels in the penis to enhance blood flow, helping you achieve and maintain an erection when sexually stimulated.
